Oak Hill Cemetery was established in 1842 and is located at State and Parker Streets in Newburyport. The best way to get there is to go up State Street and take a right into the entry drive across from Greenleaf Street. The drive winds past a few homes and behind the mausoleum to the entry gate. Thomas S. Ordway died Feb. 17, 1877 aged 75 yrs; Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord. They ??????? from their labor and their ???????? follow them. Perpetual Care Right Stone: Elizabeth M. Ordway died Dec. 19, 1887 aged 90 yrs. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.  Left Stone: Thomas S.
