Memento Mori
Sacred To
The Memory Of
NATHANIEL MIGHILL ESQ,
who having served his country
as a Justice of the Peace and Repre-
sentative to the General Court of
this state for many years
Departed this Life March the 26th
AD 1788 Aged 73 years.

A pious Christian and a friend sincere
A husband tender, to his Children dear,
Virtue in him a friend could find,
To him twas pleasing to be kind,
He's gone alas, nor could he stay
To serve his Maker here in clay
His spirit still we hope does sing
The Praise of God his heavenly king.

SACRED
To The Memory Of
MRS HANNAH PERLEY
Consort of
CAPt JOHN PERLEY
who died Sep 8 1812
Aged 58 years

Though weeping relatives thy loss deplore
Thy virtues all the human race adore
Snatched from her children by the hand of death
Calm and serenely she resigned her breath
On each revolving year and vernal morn
May choicest flowers her sacred urn adorn
And when revolving time her circuit ends
She shall bid welcome all her earthly friends
To realms of bliss where joys eternal reign
devoid of care and uncontrol'd by pain
